As your principal expert, I've had over 36 years in the bus industry, and 750,000 miles as an operator in a wide variety of buses. I have spent over 20 years of that time as a California certified bus driver instructor and driver supervisor. Since 2013 I've offered attorneys advice in over 50 cases nationwide, involving bus and truck collisions, pedestrian accidents, passenger slip-and-falls, ADA violations, customer service and general commercial motor vehicle oversight.

 

Working on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, I have testified on numerous occasions in both deposition and at trial. My primary objective is to perform a neutral analysis of the facts and testimony in cases and use applied knowledge and experience to determine if effective policies were in place, if proper procedures and operating techniques were being taught and if those lessons were being applied. My duty is to offer solid, defensible opinions about the actions of the carrier and driver, consistent with recognized industry standards and best practices.
